Although we cannot currently offer a guaranteed 24/7 service, should you find yourself with an uncontainable leak, or without heating/hot water and cannot wait until the next day, call our mobile number and most times we should be able to attend. If we are unable to do so, advice will be given over the phone, free of charge, and we will attend to rectify the fault as soon as possible.
Weekdays 6pm ‘til 9pm – £90 for up to the first hour, £70 per hour thereafter.
Weekdays 9pm ‘til 8am – £140 for up to the first hour, £110 per hour thereafter.
Saturday 12pm ‘til Monday 8am – £140 for up to the first hour, £110 per hour thereafter.
These prices start to be charged after the first 15 minutes of travelling time. GPS tracking information will be supplied with your invoice to show the set-off time and journey route.
